Lagoon View Villas are custom two bedroom units with two bath, kitchen and living area built in the story structure directly in front of the lagoon. The units are approximately 1180 SF with exterior porch in front of the lagoon. These units have first class finished and will be fully furnished.
The walkways and roads will be elevated to protect the mangroves and natural beauty it provides. Each Vila is constructed on pylons and elevated above the ground. They are designed to be net zero as they are connected to solar electrical and wind power. Natural spring wells and solar distills provide a continuous supply of clean drinking water.
Beach and lagoon access is within walking distance and the Villas have access to the hotel services which include: Swimming pool, Private Hot Tubs, Recreation Center, Spa Services, Cleaning Service, and Restaurants. In-room cleaning, dinning and spa packages are offered from the hotel staff, directed to the villa.
